Knox captures the spirit of urban transformation in the historical district of Dogpatch. Amidst the cold steel structures of this industrial area, Trumark brings warmth to this residential community by bringing in nature-inspired features like the butterfly garden into the interior courtyard. The use of natural materials such as patchwork grids of wood cladding, laser-cut butterfly wing patterns works in harmony with Corten steel panels and black anodized aluminum accents.
